What We Do


Collaborating and communicating with our clients is an integral part of our approach to project management. Our project managers bring experience in all aspects of the project management discipline, along with practical experience in the development, management and delivery of EPC, D&C and construct only projects.

To meet client, project and organisational goals, we use a custom Project Delivery System (PDS). The system ensures compliance to project specific methodologies and PMBOK knowledge areas, as well as adherence to best practice. The processes and methods contained in the PDS also assist with successful project delivery and consistency across our national project management delivery team.

How a project starts is a good indicator of how it will finish. For this reason, we use our Project Establishment Team (PET). The PET is tasked with ensuring every project is smoothly transitioned from initial hand over, set up and into the early delivery phases.

A robust audit process, along with governance reviews, provide transparency throughout the project life cycle. This transparency means potential threats to a project’s success can be easily identified and resolved, and we can effectively manage and deliver projects for our clients.
